Jonathan Chester is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society. He works as a naturalist and historian on polar tourist cruises and has been lecturing on adventure, the Antarctic, the Himalayas and photography for over fifteen years. His previous books include Antarctica: Beauty in the Extreme.
