Bob Plecas spent more than twenty years in the B.C. provincial government as a career civil servant. He served under six premiers, in both Social Credit and ndp administrations, as deputy minister for some twenty-five ministers in ten portfolios. He is the author of over twenty major pieces of provincial legislation. He lives Victoria, British Columbia.
