CEO Scott McIntyre explains, "With new ownership, the acquisition of New Society Publishers, and other exciting developments in the works, it seemed the right moment to reaffirm our corporate identity. ‘D&M’ harkens back to our roots, and honours the abbreviated name by which we are best known. More importantly, it brings proper emphasis to the heart of the company, three very high quality publishing programs, each with a distinct graphic identity."
