As the book The Legacy releases across Canada, and the documentary film on Suzuki's vision of our sustainable future rolls out in theatres, our pre-eminent environmentalist will be at events in cities and towns throughout the country.
In these live appearances across the country, David Suzuki reflects on the massive changes in the world within his living memory — from the explosive population growth, the massive technological developments, and the establishment of a global economy. Ultimately, he expresses his faith in human beings' capacity for innovation and he urges us all to dream of a better world and to make it happen.
Here is where and when you can catch David Suzuki starting in September.
See our Facebook Events page for details and visit the David Suzuki Legacy Project Page for inspiration to start to live your own legacy, including clips from the documentary film based on David Suzuki's life and the Legacy Lecture.
