D&M Publishers Inc. Restructures Under Creditor Protection

[Vancouver, British Columbia – October 22, 2012]

D&M Publishers Inc. announced Monday that it has filed a Notice of Intention to make a proposal under the provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Pursuant to this process D&M management will be working with the Bowra Group Ltd to locate an investor or purchaser for its assets.

It is D&M’s intention to carry on its operations during this restructuring process.

D&M subsidiary New Society Publishers Inc. is a separate legal entity and has not filed a Notice of Intention. NSP’s business activities will continue as usual.

The Bowra Group Ltd will soon send further information to D&M’s creditors.
