![]() Two Wins for Chef Posteraro at the Gourmand World Cookbook AwardsCioppino’s Mediterranean Grill wins Best Italian and Best Mediterranean Cuisine VANCOUVER, BC. 21 JANUARY, 2008. For chef Pino Posteraro, of Cioppino’s Mediterranean Grill and Cioppino’s Enoteca in Vancouver, perfection is paying off, times two. His hit cookbook, Cioppino’s Mediterranean Grill, recently received two honours in the first stage of the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards: Best Italian Cuisine Book in Canada and Best Mediterranean Cuisine Book in Canada. Next on the menu, Posteraro’s book will compete against other winning books from around the world for the ultimate title of Best Italian and Best Mediterranean Cookbook in the World. The results will be announced on April 13th at 2pm, at the Olympia Theatre in London, England.
