 Martin Picard Launches New Food Network SeriesThe appropriately named show The Wild Chef will premier this fall on the Food Network. The camera crew follows Martin through the wilds of Quebec hunting muskrat, moose and that ever-elusive vintage bottle of Bordeaux, cooking on an open flame and preparing some of the most adventurous meals you'll see outside his own Montreal restaurant Au Pied de Cochon.
